Here are some advices for the beginners to know what to start with!
1. Slow & Steady. Let me start with the fact that many beginners train intensively or feverishly under the assumption that more is better, this is incorrect! We have every reason to believe that it’s best to take it slow. Really, if you’re running or cycling, for example, build up your stamina for at least a month before you get into anything more intense. According to my experience, that means going at a rate where you can easily talk without being out of breath. But, as far as the issue is concerned, once you have that base of endurance, step up the intensity to step up the effectiveness of the workout. Same for the weight workouts, At first, as a matter of fact, your muscles aren’t ready to do a lot more than they were doing before. So, it is vital to note that you should start with the weight that you are comfortably with, then add it slowly over the time.
