The first time I remember having an actual panic attack was in my 10th grade Biology class. My teacher always used class time to have students read the textbook aloud and then he would add interjections as the class went along. He would question if there were any volunteers who want to read the next section of the book and if no one raised their hand then he would randomly select someone to read. Each student usually read 2-3 paragraphs when it was her or her turn.

Finding a natural panic attack remedy can be a small tough, especially considering how quick medications are prescribed to people. It is vitally vital to find a way to cure panic attacks without the use of medication mainly because statistically, medications only work on about 50% of the people who use them. People feel as though these medications work because they make you numb. They also believe they work because when side effects are developed, these medications can be altered in order to work on clearing up the side effects. To me this sounds like experimentation on human guinea pigs.

While you may not believe it, using natural remedies for panic attacks can be just as effective as a prescription medication. These natural remedies are often better for you as well, with fewer or no side effects. Contrast this with prescription anxiety medications, which can cause all sorts of unpleasant side effects; some of the side effects commonly experienced are: heart palpitations, racing heart, dry mouth, sexual problems, constipation, and drowsiness. These are just the more common side effects. Also, in some individuals, these prescriptions can have the opposite effect they are supposed to, increasing anxiety instead of decreasing it.
