Eating healthy is something we all want to do, even though it can be hard. In order to eat healthy, you have to first make theright food selections. Eating healthy is all about what you eat, which makes the choices extremely necessary to your results.

Grains
You need to consume six ounces of grains a day. To do this, you can eat 3 oz. of multi grain cereals, breads, rice, crackers, or pasta. You can get an oz of grains in a single slice of bread, or 1 cup of cereal.

Food In The Order Of Digestive Difficulty

Individual digestive weaknesses and allergies depends on what kind of food we eat and how simple it is for our system to digest. The simpler it is to digest, the better for the bodies system. Simple to digest – I mean the foods that require less energy for the digestive system to digest. Below are the list of foods on which food digest quickly and which one not.

Hard To Digest:
Meat, fish, chicken, eggs (if cooked), all legumes including soy products, peanuts and peanut butter, beans, split peas, lentils, chick peas, dairy products such as cheese, milk, butter milk, nuts and seeds and their butters.
