There’s no doubt that thyroid disease is on the rise. Now the question is why?
The reason your weight loss attempts might not be working is because your weight loss canary might be suffering…let me clarify.
From the research I’ve reviewed and the patients I’ve seen in the last 20 years, it’s clear to me that the thyroid gland is your body’s own yellow canary. It’s sensitive to many different influences—your diet, your lifestyle, and the world around you. And all of these influences can affect how well your thyroid functions.

The #1 dread that people have when investing in a home treadmill (or any piece of exercise equipment) is that they won’t use it.
You know the tale. It gets delivered, you set it up and delight in it for a few days…and then it sits…and waits.
A few months down the road, you notice how dusty it has become and how much space it’s taking up. And you remember how much weight you were determined to lose by using it faithfully every day. But now, unfortunately, it doubles as a clothes rack.

Allergies, specifically recurrent allergies, alias hay fever are a very common problem these days, mainly in urban countries. Though the accurate cause for allergies is generally hard to define, it is known that when the body senses a “foreign invader” or other possible risk, it discharges a chemical known as histamine. Histamine causes irritation, and is chiefly responsible for many symptoms of allergy.
While some people speculate why our body would make histamine at all, it is really a very fine immune system response, at least for the moment. It is the body’s manner of separating the unknown matter, and getting rid of it from our system.

Water… The fluid of life. It all started from water and water is still the basis for our lives. The incredible fluid that hydrates our bodies, adds small amounts of minerals, helps our body to detoxify and allows all the processes to happen. Without water there would be no life.
Now some people drink a lot of it some drink small amounts, some prefer other drinks and don’t really drink water. But probably none of you people in front of monitors (including me) really understands what it really means to not have the possibility of drinking anything at all. Well we are really safe with all the drinks available in shops, but what about the people who do not have any access to them. And I don’t mean a few thousand people. We are speaking about millions or even billions of people having to drink contaminated water in order to survive. They usually don’t have any choice.

Even though nly a few men would admt it, they too need conception help. Men may fight the reality, but let’s face the facts. A quarter of infertility cases worldwide are due to male-factor infertility. So if you suspect you may be 1 in 4, go ahead and inquire about help. You are not alone with this difficulty.
Some men would delay getting fertility help because they are too shy to discuss the problem. As an obstetrician-gynecologist dealing with infertile couples, I observe that women are more likely to undergo testing and seek healing for infertility. Men might go together with their wives or girlfriends for discussion, but they would often recoil at the concept of having themselves tested as well.
