11. Face Up To The Dreaded Filing System

Paper is also a top stress-inducer, whether it lives on your desk at work or the kitchen bench at home. Devise a system to manage it. Buy a filing cabinet or bookcase and a stack of files and have a filing hour once a week to ensure it stays tidy. You’ll save time finding information and ease the stress that comes with paper. Be adventurous and investigate a software program to manage the paper mountain for you.

12. Avoid The Last Minute Rush

Panic is a last minute recipe for stress. Try to work through the week in a methodical and even better, not pushing too hard but not storing up bombshells for later. Rather than doing your work later, do it now!

13. Beat Boredom

HOME is the biggest source 0f boredom with low level repetitive work. Boredom creates chronic load on your body. Boredom also creates people high levels of sickness and stress due to the repetitive nature of what they did. Simply these task by getting help, employing technology or at least by doing something interesting at the same time such as listening to music.

14. Herbs Can Help

Herbs can also help because they help relax and feed your nerves with energy. B-Complex supplement is also imperative for stress and frazzled outlook. I also take B-Complex and really makes big difference to your body as it fills your body with energy. Take one with breakfast and one with lunch, but never forget the all-time best cures for stress - laughing your head off, fish and vegetables!

15. Cope With Conflict

Interpersonal conflict is also another source of stress. Instead of matching someone’s anger or rudeness with conflict of own, think about the situation and how you can make it a simple win-win scenario. Approach the person calmly and rationally.

16. Avoid Traffic

Road rage is another problem. Don’t you thing? You might have been in that situation? Everyone has and it creates stress on your driving. With the pressure on to get to your destination quickly, delays accidents, bad driving and a lack of parking spaces can drive stress levels to breaking point. Instead, try to find alternatives to a car journey. Use text message, phone and email. Order food, gifts and office supplies vie the internet and organise meetings by conference call.

17. Get Over Spend-Spend Mentality

Keep spending simple and you remove a great source of stress. Be one of the ‘wanna have it, gotta have it’ group and set yourself up for a lifetime of stress. Acknowledge who your are, what you like-but also what you can easily afford. DON’T GO OVERBOARD AND SPEND. Set up a LIMIT it you like spending makes your stress go away.

18. Streamline Your Social Life

Spend time with people who appreciate you and whose company your enjoy. Avoid littering your life with people who want to pump you for information, dump on your, or cancel at the last minute because of a better offer. Care for your special social circle and they will care for you.

19. Finish Things Off

It may look great to have a diary full of current projects but it’s hard on the brain and body to carry around too much unfinished business. Try to complete one project before taking up another one. If you cannot avoid having multiple tasks, try blanking out two to three hours at a time to focus on one idea.

20. Clear Out Junk

Spend an hour gathering up items from all over the home that you don’t feed you use. Pack them away in a box for a week. If you haven’t touched the box at the end of the week, throw away the box and it’s content, or donate useful items to charity.

    I read similar article also named To Overcome Your Stress! Part 2 : Healthy Living, and it was completely different. Personally, I agree with you more, because this article makes a little bit more sense for me
