Kinesiology And How It Links To Chakras And Reiki

Systematic Kinesiology is a holistic natural health treatment which balances the whole body. Where other disciplines concentrate on one element Kinesiology integrates all levels – emotional, nutritional, chemical, structural and electrical – into a treatment. This is what makes kinesiology so holistic

The word “holistic” means that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Through muscle testing a Kinesiologist will learn where there is imbalance in the body and then use the same test to establish what will help right it.

In this article I want to concentrate on the electrical/energetical element of the treatment. In a similar way to Reiki, a Kinesiologist can find out which chakra is out of balance and then use colour, bach flowers and energetic touch to right the balance. The advantage of systematic kinesiology is that the muscle test very specifically pinpoints WHICH chakra needs attention and WHAT exactly will help right it as well as using the energy from the Practitioners hands.

For example, the Kinesiologist may muscle test and find that the THROAT chakra is weak. They may introduce colour essence and find that BLUE helps. They may use metaphorical phrases to question the client what is troubling them in line with the chakra that is out – ie, is there something you need to SAY to someone or is there something stuck in your throat or is there something in your life that is hard to swallow. They can then test to see whether that particular emotion is relevant to the chakra misalignment which will in turn help to find a relevant bach flower remedy to place into the circuit before the treatment starts. Then as well as balancing the chakras by means of energy from the hands, the Kinesiologist can also do Emotional Stress Release on the client while they are in the mode of the emotion. All of these additional different techniques compound to make a highly effective and powerful treatment.

Clients have found enormous relief from such treatments. They claim to feel the problem “floating away” or that it is “hard to concentrate on it” or even that they have forgotten what the problem was.! The chakra balancing may feel “weird” or “tingly” while the energy is moving around, followed by a feeling of peace and contentment or a feeling of being energised and purposeful.

Then as an added bonus, when all chakras have been aligned, clients can be surprised to learn what can then throw the chakra off balance again. A skilled kinesiologist can show that a particular thought pattern, or negative emotion, or a certain food or toxin introduced into the circuit can quickly imbalance the same chakra. This helps the client see what they need to do to stay emotionally strong and healthy and gives them motivation to change their lifestyle where necessary when they can FEEL the difference to the muscle with the substance in the circuit.
