How Many Calories Can You Eat And Lose Weight?

by Jennifer Olsen

The question everybody questions is, should I eat 1000 calories less to lose weight?

Your future weight loss don’t depend all that much from how much or small calories you eat. It depends more on the type of calories you eat. We could give a type of calories that increase the stout burning process and switch calories for the next day, and for the next and so on. This means that our body will be burning stout like crazy!

Ok, what is this stout burning process? Each cell grows in size when it stores stout. High insulin levels is a kick start for our stout cells. They get more and more stout to store and we grow larger and larger (or our stout cells are). Although remember that a low stout diet is not a solution (we have been eating low to non-stout diets for the last decades, see the relation?).

If we eat stout on the fourth day our body will still be in stout burning mode.

Exercising will increase your stout loss because the muscles will need more energy. So if you have lots of muscles this will burn the stout!

See, the liver could take stout from your stout cells and burn it for a small heat.
1200 Calorie Diet – How to Make it Work For You

Maybe you’ve read that a 1200 calorie diet is the lowest calorie intake you should have, if you are a woman, to not slow your metabolism. (For men this number is 1500 to 1600 calories.) 1200 calories is not a magical number. If you fail to provide needed calories, your body senses an urgency to reduce energy expenditure and conserve stored energy (stout) to make it last until food is more readily available. Your metabolism slows down. For some women, BMR is less than 1200 calories a day but for many women it is likely to be MORE than 1200 calories.

Don’t go on a low calorie diet with fewer calories than this.

A calorie intake less than your BMR can lower your metabolic rate by 10% or more in as small as 48 hours. If you start on a 1200-calorie diet simply raise your caloric intake to say 1500 calories or so every third day (200-300 calories more than YOUR BMR). Exercise helps to tone and shape your body as you lose weight. Rest assured that you should lose weight on a lower calorie diet if you are monitoring your caloric intake carefully. This calorie deficit is what will get your body to pull on stout stores for energy rather than slowing down your metabolism to conserve energy.
