Healthy Fruit Smoothie

- 250ml reduced fat milk
- 1/4 cup natural yoghurt
- 1/2 cup seasonal fruit or canned fruit in natural juices
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Ice
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend.
- Place ice in a large glass and pour in smoothie.
Serves 1
