  • 250ml reduced fat milk
  • 1/4 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup seasonal fruit or canned fruit in natural juices
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Ice

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend.

  1. Place ice in a large glass and pour in smoothie.

Serves 1
