However, cutting only calories from your iet alone usually leads to unhealthy eating. If you combine that routine with with exercise and you can be healthy about losing weight.

So, when do you exercise? Well, let me tell you a secret; the best time to work out is when your blood sugar is low. Therefore, this means doing it some time after your eat or before you eat. The best suggestion I can offer you is that you should work out the first thing in the morning, this allows your body to burn more fat.
The best suggestion that I can offer is that you should workout at your target heart rate. I am sure most of you may not know what your target heart rate is. Let me tell you. Subtract your age form 220. You will then need to workout at 55% to 85% of this maximum heart rate. However, if you are a beginner, you should only workout at 55% to 65% of that number.
Keeping the Motivation
One of the biggest challenges in losing fat is staying motivated. You may work out for a whole week and see no results, but it isn’t all about what you see in the mirror or what number the scale is displaying. It is also about how you feel.
In order to stay motivated, I suggest that you should avoid the scale. Your weight in increase and decrease throughtout the day. Therefore, I suggest that you take your mesurements instead. This is a better form of reflection of your progress.
It can also help to find someone to workout with. They will help keep you motivated. It is harder to give up when someone else is working with you.
